During this COVID-19 pandemic, where we seem to be in the epicenter, and our lives have been changed, by necessity, we want to assure you that Monet Binder Law, PC, will remain fully available to you. We have implemented our plans for continuity of our practice, while we protect the well-being of everyone in contact with our firm. We are are continuing to meet our clients’ needs on an uninterrupted basis. Your calls and emails will be answered, and we will continue to represent our clients with the same responsiveness, care, and experience you expect and deserve.
Monet Binder Law, PC is fully functioning: We have developed a robust plan to minimize the risk of COVID – 19 transmission, as it may relate to firm business, and we have contingency plans in place that enable us to provide you with uninterrupted service throughout business shutdowns and quarantines that have been established by local and state officials. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are limiting in-person meetings where appropriate, practicing social distancing, enhancing cleaning and sanitizing protocols in our meeting rooms, and conducting routine meetings with clients by phone or through the use of video-conferencing options such as Zoom.
We are well prepared and flexible. We are committed and will work with you to develop flexible arrangements for initial consultations, reviewing documents, so they meet all your goals and wishes, and executing them in a way that satisfies state laws and regulations. We will accomplish this while following all necessary precautionary measures to protect your health and ours.
